Wherever this Notice refers to "users" or "members" or "subscribers" it means "you", while "we" or "our" refer to David Murray and "Site" refers to Text.AdMastery. Also, where reference is made to Text.AdMastery this shall be taken equally to apply to Text.AdMastery.biz and any site or page on the admastery.biz or brunleaweb.com domains and their subdomains.

AGE Limit

You agree that you are the age of fully 18 years or older.

Commissions

You agree to receive any earned commissions through PayPal only.

It is your responsibility to make sure your email address for your PayPal account is correct. Commission payments made to the wrong account because of an incorrectly entered id is your responsibility. Should your account at PayPal be locked or restricted for any reason, that is also your responsibility. Text.AdMastery.biz will not be held liable.

Number of Accounts

You agree to create no more than one account on each of the services provided.

Emails

• By joining Text.AdMastery you agree to receive up to a maximum of ten (10) emails each twentyfour hours from admin@text.admastery.biz. In addition you agree to receive occasional emails from other addresses on the domains admastery.biz and brunleaweb.com.
• Please add admin@text.admastery.biz to your email address book and mark all emails from this address as NOT SPAM. This is to ensure that all members receive other members' Solo Ads as well as website updates, commissions info etc.
• Emails from the administrator of Text.AdMastery may concern updates, account issues, Text.AdMastery promotions including but not limited to Solo Ads from Text.AdMastery members, or anything that Text.AdMastery considers appropriate to relay to members.
• Text.AdMastery will send a maximum of seven (7) solo ads per day. You will be rewarded with points when you read them and click on the links provided.
• Text.AdMastery will send periodic emails advising on the best use of the site and on internet advertising in general; these may contain commercial promotions but their primary purpose will be informational. Initially when a new member joins these will be sent daily.
• In addition to the above you also agree to receive up to three (3) emails every seven (7) days from your sponsor via the referral mailer. Your sponsor will not know your email address.
• Words.AdMastery.biz has its own separate autoresponder system. By setting up your word/phrase advertising there you agree to receive occasional emails up to a maximum of two (2) per week from the site administrator, plus any in response your specific requests.
• We retain the right to modify the above qualitative and quantitative limits on email either temporarily or permanently, such changes to be publicised on this page.

Advertising Standards on the
AdMastery.biz domain and subdomains

• You agree that any advertisement posted by you or on your behalf that displays and/or connects with malware, porn, gambling, warez, pyramid scheme or other inappropriate or illegal sites will be DELETED and that your account will be closed and all its records deleted without refund. You agree to post no advertisements promoting "easy" or large earnings, cash gifting systems or "order processing" programmes.
• You agree not to post or point to any advertising content that is misleading to readers. You understand that Text.AdMastery.biz retains the right to remove without notice and without recompense any advertisement which the site administrator considers to contain exaggerated claims or false or unsubstantiated "guarantees" of any kind.
• You agree to post no advertisements that promote any form of illegal activity. You agree that all ad posts will be fully compliant with the laws of your own national jurisdiction, with federal and state laws of the United States of America, and the laws of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
• You agree to post no racist or hateful advertisements.
• You agree that links in your advertisement posts will point only to other html or php web pages. You agree to include no direct links to e-books, downloads, zip files, mp3s etc.
• You agree not to include any form of profanity in your ad posts.
• You agree to include only URLs that do not break frames and that do not deceptively disguise their true destination by redirecting. Whilst rotators are permitted, all URLs on a rotator must comply with the terms and conditions of this site; the use of rotators to hide the posting of inappropriate advertisements will on discovery lead to immediate account deletion without recompense of any sort.
• You agree that, although in the case of a first incident involving a member with reference to the above terms for posting advertisements the Text.AdMastery administrator may choose to contact the member concerned by email to discuss the case, both this choice and any decisions on account continuation, termination and any possible reinstatement will be at the sole discretion of the administrator.

Autoresponders

Setting an autoresponder to reply to either administrative emails or solo ads from Text.AdMastery is strictly forbidden and constitutes grounds for immediate and permanent cancellation of your account without appeal. All referrals, points and commissions will be lost if your account is deleted.

Bounced Emails

If your email address bounces you risk having your account deleted. Please use an email service that does not regularly bounce commercial emails. If your account is deleted for bouncing and you believe that this was unjustified then you may contact the administrator at admin@text.admastery.biz. Reinstatement of the account will be at the sole discretion of the Text.AdMastery administrator. If reinstatement is agreed, then in order to upgrade you back to Pro if you were a Pro member you will be required to show proof of your Upgrade to Pro by supplying your PayPal transaction ID#. However, all referrals, points and commissions will have been been lost on the deletion of your account.

Earnings Disclaimer

Text.AdMastery.biz is a promotional marketing tool designed to help members promote their offers on the Internet. Text.AdMastery does not make any promises written or implied as to the amount of money that can be made from Text.AdMastery or from anything advertised on it.

Any earnings or income statements or examples, either our own or from advertisers on Text.AdMastery are intended only as illustrative of what might be possible. You should not rely on these figures. You must accept the risk of not doing as well. Such earnings examples are not to be considered even as average figures. There can be no assurance that any prior success, or past results, will be repeated in your or any other person's experience.

Income and other business results are influenced by a large number of factors. We have no way of knowing how well you will do. Your work ethic, your business skills and practices, and your level of commitment are unknown to us and therefore we cannot predict how successful you will be even if others have been successful. We therefore neither guarantee nor imply that you will become rich or even make any money at all.

Internet businesses, like other businesses, are subject to many known and unknown risks and are not suitable for everyone. Decisions based on information contained on our sites should only be taken based on the understanding that failure as well as success is possible. In using our services you agree that we are not responsible for the success or failure of your business decisions or for any consequences of your using Text.AdMastery or other of our sites, products or services.

Refunds

If you wish for a refund of your membership fee within 60 days of payment, simply submit a support ticket stating that you would like a refund. Your refund will be sent and your account will be deleted. You will lose any earned commissions and all your advertising of all kinds currently in place on our system. We will be sorry to see you go, and hope that you will not wish to do so.

Spam

Text.AdMastery has a zero tolerance for spam. Anyone caught spamming will be deleted from the program and may be subject to civil and criminal prosecution. We forbid the sending of unsolicited mass emails or unsolicited emails of any kind in connection with the marketing of our programs, products and services.

We consider spamming to be any activity whereby you directly or indirectly transmit email messages to any email address that has not solicited such email and does not consent to such transmission. We also consider spamming to constitute posting advertisements in newsgroups in violation of the terms of participation in such newsgroup, that are off topic, or in newsgroups that do not specifically permit advertisements. We also consider it spamming when advertisements are placed on message boards or in chat rooms when they are not permitted by the terms of participation in such message boards and chat rooms.

If you are to include Text.AdMastery's name or URL in any email promotion, you must mail only to your own "double-optin" subscribers or via services such as safelists and downline mailing programs which include only double-opt-in addresses in their mailings. You are not permitted to promote Text.AdMastery.biz via commercial bulk email lists.

In the event that we deem you to be in violation of these policies, we shall immediately revoke your rights and close any and all of your accounts in services operated on the admastery.biz and brunleaweb.com domains. We also reserve the right to suspend your account and participation pending review upon receipt of any complaint or other evidence that you may be engaging in any spamming activity.

If you are "spammed" by anyone regarding our products, services, web site, or any other matters, please report this activity to David Murray by email at admin@text.admastery.biz.

Privacy

We understand that privacy online is important to users of our Site, especially when conducting business. This statement governs our privacy policies with respect both to those users of the Site ("Visitors") who visit without transacting business and to Visitors who register to transact business on the Site and make use of the various services offered by Text.AdMastery (collectively, "Services") ("Authorized Customers").

"Personally Identifiable Information" refers to any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate the person to whom such information pertains, including, but not limited to, name, address, phone number, fax number, email address, financial profiles, social security number, and credit card information. Personally Identifiable Information does not include information that is collected anonymously (that is, without identification of the individual user) or demographic information not connected to an identified individual.

What Personally Identifiable Information is collected? We may collect basic user profile information from all of our Visitors. We may collect the following additional information from our Authorized Customers: the names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses of Authorized Customers, the nature and size of the business, and the nature and size of the advertising inventory that the Authorized Customer intends to purchase or sell.

How does the Site use Personally Identifiable Information? We use Personally Identifiable Information to customize the Site, to make appropriate service offerings, and to fulfill buying and selling requests on the Site. We may email Visitors and Authorized Customers about research or purchase and selling opportunities on the Site or information related to the subject matter of the Site. We may also use Personally Identifiable Information to contact Visitors and Authorized Customers in response to specific inquiries, or to provide requested information.

How is Personally Identifiable Information stored? Personally Identifiable Information collected by Text.AdMastery is securely stored and is not accessible to third parties.

What choices are available to Visitors regarding collection, use and distribution of the information? Visitors and Authorized Customers may opt out of receiving unsolicited information from or being contacted by us and/or our vendors and affiliated agencies by responding to emails as instructed, or by contacting us at admin@text.admastery.biz

Are Cookies Used on the Site? Cookies are used for a variety of reasons. We use Cookies to obtain information about the preferences of our Visitors and the services they select. We also use Cookies for security purposes to protect our Authorized Customers.

How does Text.AdMastery use login information? Text.AdMastery uses login information, including, but not limited to, IP addresses, ISPs, and browser types, to analyze trends, administer the Site, track a user's movement and use, and gather broad demographic information.

How can Visitors correct any inaccuracies in Personally Identifiable Information? Visitors and Authorized Customers may contact us to update Personally Identifiable Information about them or to correct any inaccuracies by emailing us at admin@text.admastery.biz

Can a Visitor delete or deactivate Personally Identifiable Information collected by the Site? We provide Visitors and Authorized Customers with a mechanism to delete/deactivate Personally Identifiable Information from the Site's database by contacting admin@text.admastery.biz. However, because of backups and records of deletions, it may be impossible to delete a Visitor's entry without retaining some residual information. An individual who requests to have Personally Identifiable Information deactivated will have this information functionally deleted, and we will not sell, transfer, or use Personally Identifiable Information relating to that individual in any way moving forward.

What happens if the Privacy Policy Changes? We will let our Visitors and Authorized Customers know about changes to our privacy policy by posting such changes on the Site. However, if we are changing our privacy policy in a manner that might cause disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information that a Visitor or Authorized Customer has previously requested not be disclosed, we will contact such Visitor or Authorized Customer to allow such Visitor or Authorized Customer to prevent such disclosure.

Further Points

• All terms, conditions, policies, rules and regulations retaing to sites on the AdMastery.biz domain are subject to the sole and final decision of Text.AdMastery. We reserve the right to modify, add or change any of these as we deem necessary at any time. All members agree that they will not hold Text.AdMastery liable for any items, terms or policies within this program. By joining either as a Free or a Pro member or by using any free service at Text.AdMastery or by paying for any paid portion of Text.AdMastery.biz, you agree to all the terms and conditions on this page.
• Falsification of user information provided to Text.AdMastery or to other users of the service in connection with Text.AdMastery; will be grounds for deletion of the offender's account.
• Any form of cheating in Text.AdMastery contests such as referral contests, or theft of advertising credits by the creation of duplicate accounts, will result in the offender's account(s) being deleted without recompense; also we retain the right to publicise the name and subscriber details of any such offender, including to owners and operators of other online services.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We may also make changes to these terms, conditions, rules, regulations, and policies at any time.
• Nothing contained in this policy shall be construed to limit Text.AdMastery actions or remedies in any way with respect to any of the foregoing activities.
• Text.AdMastery reserves the right to take any and all additional actions it may deem appropriate with respect to such activities, including without limitation taking action to recover the costs and expenses of identifying offenders and removing them from the program.
• In addition, Text.AdMastery reserves at all times all rights and remedies available to it with respect to such activities at law or in equity.
• We use IP tracking devices. Any user that is found to blatantly violate this agreement will be banned from the program indefinitely and may be subject to civil and criminal prosecution.

We appreciate that the majority of the above will never apply to the great majority of our members and regret that the undesirable online behaviour of a minority makes it necessary to include many of these formalities
